FlashHelp is a Flash-based online help format suitable for incorporation within desktop and web-based applications, including .NET and Rich Internet Applications.

How FlashHelp works

The navigation components in FlashHelp, such as the toolbars, contents, index and search, use elements from Flash to create a vibrant and dynamic help centre.

Online help in Flash format combines Adobe Flash and XML into a bandwidth-efficient format to provide smooth display of content, even over low-bandwidth connections. It is also firewall-friendly - all FlashHelp content passes easily through firewalls, so your online help is always accessible to the end-user.
