If a company or candidate cancels an exam session booking giving 6 or more working days notice, no cancellation fee payable. Any fees already paid will be refunded.
If a company or candidate cancels an exam session booking giving 5 working days notice or less, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the exam is payable.
Candidates have the option to postpone an exam session booking at any time and take the exam in a later session. There is no penalty fee for exam postponements.
Armada reserves the right to cancel a certification exam session should unforeseen circumstances occur. Should we need to cancel an exam session, a full refund will be offered. Armada will not be liable for any further compensation.
Fees paid for Autodesk assessment tests and practice tests are non-refundable.
