Autodesk Maya is a powerful, integrated 3D modelling, animation, effects, and rendering solution which enables you to realise your creative ideas.

Our Autodesk Maya Foundation training course teaches new users the mechanics of Maya, enabling you to create 3D graphics for print or animation.

General course information

Duration

Three days.

Course objectives

Our Autodesk Maya Foundation training course teaches how to:

		Work in a production environment.
		Create 3D models using a variety of techniques.
		Work with materials to texture your models.
		Create animations.
		Stage a scene and understand cinematography.
		Create output for use in post production.

Method of delivery

Autodesk Maya training combines lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice. Class numbers are small (maximum 8 delegates), providing ample opportunity to discuss your specific requirements with the trainer.

Who should attend?

Our Autodesk Maya Foundation training course is aimed at new users of Maya from all industries, including architecture, visualisation studios, production houses and advertising agencies.

We also offer a tailored version of this course to suit more experienced Maya users. This training can be arranged for just you and your group.

Autodesk e-certificate

We are an Autodesk authorised Training Centre (ATC), and our Maya training courses are accredited by Autodesk. Delegates receive an industry recognised e-certificate from Autodesk to confirm they have attended and successfully completed an accredited Maya course.

After course support

Following an Autodesk Maya training course, delegates are entitled to 30 days email support from Armada to help with any post-training issues.

As well as delegates from Birmingham and the Midlands, we often have people travel from London, Oxford, Yorkshire, East Anglia, Manchester and Liverpool, as well as Scotland and Wales, to attend Autodesk Maya training with us. Click here for forthcoming course dates.

On-demand Autodesk Maya Foundation courses (for your group) can be run on a date and at a location that suits you, which may be our training centre in Bromsgrove or your venue.

How much does Maya training cost?

	Course	Scheduled (for individuals)	On-demand (for your group)
	Autodesk Maya Foundation training (3 days).	£ + VAT per delegate.	£1,495 + VAT for the first delegate, plus £100 + VAT per subsequent delegate.

These prices are inclusive of all relevant course documentation, refreshments and a buffet lunch.

The on-demand fees quoted are for courses hosted at our training centre in Bromsgrove. Please contact us for a price for running this course at your venue, or any other options you may be considering.

Which versions of Maya are covered?

Scheduled courses are based on Maya 2010.

On-demand courses (for your group) can be run on any recent version of Autodesk Maya.
