The course is practical and 'activity-based'. Throughout the course you perform extensive exercises to gain experience in the techniques taught. These can be customised to include exercises to deal with specific issues that your business wants to address.
Delegates receive instructor feedback on their writing during exercises. Each delegate is invited to bring a piece of writing that they would like to have reviewed.

This course is run on-demand, meaning it can be run on a date and at a location that suits you, which may be our training centre in Bromsgrove (close to Birmingham and the M5/M6/M40/M42 motorway network) or your venue.
