Our translators render only into their mother-tongue language. All have a vast wealth of experience working with computer documentation and software. Unlike most translation houses we do not claim to be able to translate all types of materials. The creative skills that are required to translate a glossy brochure, or the knowledge that is needed for legal interpretations, are vastly different to those required in IT. We specialise in online help, computer user guides and software. There are significant advantages to using a company with in-house technical authors for translating user guides and online help. Following the actual translation process, our authors check, reformat and repaginate your text where necessary, to maintain the original layout. In cases where we have authored the original user guide or online help, our translators have direct access to the author who wrote the original documentation.
